Cindy Fortado-Clark, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, FAA exams, pre-employment physicals and manages acute and chronic conditions. She treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety and depression, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, obesity, osteoporosis and urinary tract infections.
